Job description

Ability to Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff, working on
the floor.
Determine daily coupons, ensure pricing is correct. Work on store display.
Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
Handle customer questions, complaints and issues
Approve contracts with store vendors
Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that store is clean, stocked up properly and ready for customers.
Responsible for reconciliation of daily cash, receipts, payments, expenses and
Deposit of cash into bank
Preparation of weekly staff scheduling.
