Venor is proud to partner with our client, an established engineering firm, in their search for a Human Resources Manager . The role will lead and deliver ongoing people and culture initiatives within the organization.

As a member of the Leadership team, the Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions within the business including employee engagement, talent & performance management, onboarding/orientation, benefits & incentive compensation, training and development, recruitment administration, and HR policies and programs. With HR viewed as a strategic business partner, this is an opportunity to make an impact by championing new people & culture initiatives in a forward-thinking organization.
