This position requires an experienced and dynamic individual with a proven track record of independently leading an HR department. Qualifications / Education / Experience: Education: Bachelor s degree with a focus on Human Resource Management, Business, Finance, or a related area. HR designation would be considered an asset. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Broad knowledge of Human Resource Management, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and HR analytics and reporting. Skills and Abilities: Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits design and administration. Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Proficient in performance management systems and processes. Ability to design and implement comprehensive training and development programs. Experience in HR analytics and reporting, utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive employee relations. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to drive a culture of accountability and excellence. Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in the HR domain. Strategic mindset that can align HR initiatives with overall business objectives. Proactive, tenacious, and confident approach in addressing HR challenges. Ability to contribute to and reinforce organizational culture.
