Job description

Managing kitchen Porter and make sure kitchen is safe and hygienic place to work.
Assist main cook for food preparation.
Cut vegetables, slice meat, prepare salads.
Cut and Marinate Chicken as per recipe, portion and wrap the food.
Make Fresh Dough every morning and do all the prep for morning rush.
Make sure that all kitchen freezer full of sufficient inventory
Maintain safety standard of restaurant.
Clean and wash worktables, prep tables, equipment, and garbage cans.
