The Site Reliability Associate(SRA) is a specialized role within the field of software engineering that focuses on maintaining highly reliable and scalable software systems. SRAs execute tasks to maintain the health of the Eco system of the applications and services. These tasks also ensure the application operate smoothly and reliably with excellent user experience. This is an excellent opportunity to recent graduates.
How you will create impact: - Monitor system performance and availability, and take actions to rectify issues identified.
- Respond promptly to incidents following predefined plans and procedures. It includes batch jobs, message queues, system integration components and end user reported incidents.
- Analyze root causes of incidents following incident response plans.
- Prevent future occurrences of incidents by fixing root causes and recovering damaged data.
- Build effective monitor and alerts to discover errors.
- Using development tools to analyze root causes of problems.
- Develop tools that monitor the Eco system and enable self-diagnosis.
- Adopt best practices, and continuously improve systems and processes to enhance reliability and performance.
