Position: Machine Operator
Salary: from $20 to $29
Hours: Daytime from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
1. Operate and oversee PLC-driven machinery.
2. Quality Control: Conduct online quality control checks at specified intervals, monitor
product quality, and promptly address any deviations from standards.
3. Documentation: Conduct a daily checklist to ensure the production line readiness
prior any production run, and maintain accurate and detailed records of production
runs, QC checks, and any adjustments made during the process.
4. GMP and Sanitization: Maintain excellent GMP standards by keeping the production
area clean, organized, and free from contaminants. Follow strict sanitization protocols to
prevent contamination.
5. Troubleshooting: Identify and address minor machinery issues and escalate larger
problems to maintenance personnel promptly.
6. Accountability and Professionalism: Demonstrate accountability by consistently
following company policies, guidelines, and attendance standards. Maintain
professionalism in all aspects of your role.
7. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective
equipment (PPE), and report any safety concerns or incidents.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth production
process, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and cooperative work
environment.
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent.
● Previous experience in food production or manufacturing, especially operating
PLC-driven machinery, is highly preferred.
● Knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to follow specifications
and formulations.
● Understanding of GMP and sanitation standards.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to lift, carry, and move moderately heavy objects.
● 3+ years of experience operating food processing equipment
● 3+ years of experience operating food manufacturing equipment
● Understanding Machine Manuals
