We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst.

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote
The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain various reports and dashboards to track critical metrics and project stats across multiple products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and programming, with a particular emphasis on Python and data engineering principles. Experience with data governance practices would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track critical metrics and project stats, such as firm-wide encryption status and data-in-transit encryption metrics.
- Design and implement complex reporting structures to facilitate data analysis and visualization.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within reports and dashboards.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with existing reports and dashboards, providing timely resolutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Clear communicator.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and projects.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free reports and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.
- Basic understanding of data engineering principles, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Familiarity with data governance practices and standards would be a plus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
