Reports To

 Manufacturing and Quality Engineering Manager or Designated Group Engineer

Education/Experience

 Working toward a BS in Engineering

 Considered at least a Sophomore or in 2nd yr of 4 yr degree

 Able to work at least 4 hrs per day, 5 days per week

 Must remain in good standing with good grades at school

 Good interpersonal communication skills

Essential Functions, Knowledge And Competencies

individuals involved

 Ability to lift 50 pounds

 Information Monitoring: Setting up ongoing procedures for collection and review of information necessary

for the management of projects or an organization; taking into consideration the skills, knowledge, and

experience of the responsible individuals and characteristics of the assignments or projects

 Adaptability: Maintaining effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities,

and people

 Teamwork / Cooperation: Active participation in, and facilitation of, team effectiveness; taking actions that

demonstrate consideration for the feelings and needs of others; being aware of the effect of one’s

behavior on others

 Analysis / Problem Assessment: Securing relevant information and identifying key issues and

relationships from a base of information; relating and comparing data from different sources; identifying

cause-effect relationships

 Decisiveness: Making timely decisions; rendering judgments; taking action when appropriate; committing

to a side or position

 Fact Finding: Using questions and research to gather relevant information

 Judgment / Problem Solving: Committing to an action after developing alternate courses of action that are
