Are you a Sales professional that is looking for a new challenge? We are currently looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who is driven and who exudes a positive energy.

Please not that this role is to work on site at 4 different location throughout the Ottawa area.

Responsibilities
• Meet with existing referring dentists on a regular basis to maintain and grow referrals.

• Set up meetings with prospective referral sources to expand the existing referral base.

• Identify innovative sales and marketing ideas and develop strategies for implementation to
continue to grow referral base.

• Responsible for all referral reporting including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.

• Develop and write external communications.

• Identify public relations opportunities and coordinate activities to enhance the overall marketing
communication strategy.

• Responsible for attending all events and building relationships with existing and new referral
sources.

• Provide market feedback and recommendations to the management team on areas for
improvement and new initiatives.

• Help develop our continuing education portfolio to help support both referring dentists and their
staff with in-services and meet-and-greets.

• Help develop information packages for Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).

• Develop and write quarterly newsletters to be uploaded to our website.

• Plan our continuing education events.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing and business development experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work collaboratively with others

• Highly organized, detail oriented and professional

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and team building

• A self-starter with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and business ethics

• Decision making/problem solving skills are essential

• Owns a vehicle and able to travel throughout Eastern Ontario
