THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a servant leader, someone who is obsessed with going above and beyond to make their clients rock stars in the story.
This role is all about supporting new and existing clients through onboarding, training, day to day use, reviewing results, and providing support. As this role is so central to success, they are looking for a person that’s hyper focused on the details, willing to come to the table with out of the box ideas, enhance processes and create procedures that are repeatable and scalable, and most importantly someone everyone loves.

What we are looking for (required superpowers):
1. Someone who is very self-motivated and is concerned less about job title and role and more about doing whatever it takes to build a team and move the company forward.
2. Someone who is familiar with oil & gas operations, logistics or transportation networks.
3. Someone who pays attention to the details by taking care of all our clients' needs even when they didn’t realize they needed it.
4. Curiosity, you will need to have your clients' best interests at heart and push for new features that will add more value.
Who could fill this role?
1. Petroleum engineer or technologist who’s familiar with production operations.
2. Oil & Gas Producer or Waste Receiver administrator/technician.
3. HSE, Environmental Coordinator with familiarity with waste or transportation regulations.
4. Customer Service Manager (CSM) familiar with oil and gas industry.
5. Project Manager familiar with waste or production operations.
