We are hiring a Fleet Administrator for our Secure Transport division at the Mississauga branch.
What you’ll be doing
- Fleet list maintenance
- Vehicle transfer and disposal request forms
- Service Ontario requests: new plates, lease buyout, etc.
- License plate renewal for commercial trucks and IRP trucks
- Annual driver abstracts
- Processing all invoices (fuel, mechanic uniforms, truck plates, etc.)
- Fleet parts and inventory: orders and maintaining stock
- Assisting with GPS admin: adding geo-zones, verifying if GPS box is working.
- Quarterly IFTA report submission
- CVOR certificate renewal and annual CVOR carrier profile

What we’re looking for
- Excellent excel skills with familiarity in cross tracking
- Able to perform with minimal supervisor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organized; detail-oriented
- Able to extract, enter and input data into various required formats
- Self-motivated, team player with problem solving skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Strong written and communication skills (English)
- Experience and knowledge in geographic mapping
- Experience in an administrative role within a fleet environment (an asset)
- Experience and/or knowledge of legal compliance with respect to commercial vehicles (an asset)
