Job Summary


A Brief Overview


Reporting to the Manager of Student Records, the incumbent provides high-level support to the operation of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) to ensure its overall success. The incumbent, collaborating with team members, maintains student record and fee information and contributes to the resolution of more complex cases. As a member of an in-person service unit, is responsible for telephone support to students and their families and provides support to academic departments regarding advanced functionality of the PeopleSoft Student system. Using strong analytical skills, the incumbent may perform complex administrative functions within PeopleSoft Student ensuring that student academic and financial records are accurate and complete. Maintaining student accounts may include the administration of payment plans, explanations regarding student charges and processing adjustments and/or reversals in student accounts.


This position coordinates and prepares portfolios, sessions, timelines, and registration procedures for continuing education programs. This position evaluates student transcripts and ensures registrations are processed to meet deadlines. This position liaises with campus partners to solve complex student fee account issues. This position also prepares confidential reports and correspondence.
