Profile: Our client is the maker of medical equipment used by dermatologists, plastic surgeons, GPs, medical spas and other health and wellness professionals. We are looking for a new business rep who is ready to take on a hunting role in the Atlantic Canada area, who thrives on cold calling and in return for their efforts will be well-paid. You are used to well-defined KPIs, being constantly in your territory and in front of prospects and clients and thrive on building your business in your territory. Territory: Atlantic Canada


Work Place: Home Office (local to Halifax)


Products/Services: Medical equipment


Salary: Base 60,000$


Commissions/Bonus: 80,000$ year 1, significantly higher year 2 with uncapped commissions


Car allowance: 600$ per month + KM reimbursed


Expenses reimbursement: Company credit card

Functions:


-Lead generation via cold calling

-New customer acquisition

-Booking face to face meetings

-Client visits

-Presenting & explaining our products to potential customers

-Exceed territory sales objectives

-Exceed individual & team goals across all product lines on a quarterly and annual basis

-Exceed minimum high activity expectations

-Acquire product knowledge through product training and competitive analysis

-Attend company workshops, training events & support customer events

Requirements:

Development vs Maintenance: 90 % development vs 10% maintenance

Road vs Office:90% vs 10%

Languages: English (spoken and written) French (spoken and understanding)

Education: Bachelor or equivalent experience

Training: Onsite training ( ride along, quarterly formal training in the US etc.)

Overnight Travel: Little to none with exception to training

Years’ of experience:2-4 years in a similar role

Other requirements:


-Comfortable, actually LIKE high levels of cold calling

-Excellent relationship building skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication

-Highly organized with strong attention to detail

-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

-Open to learning and taking on other tasks and responsibilities as needed

-Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

-Comfortable and likes working with high KPI’s

Transferable Knowledge:


-Experience selling aesthetic capital equipment or energy-based devices (nice to have)

-Knowledge of Salesforce

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
