The Electrical Project Manager position is based in Bathurst, NB and will report to the General Manager.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide leadership for assigned projects in regard to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract performance
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards as per company policy and contract specifications
- Lead and motivate project teams to continually improve and exceed expectations.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders including Power Precision team members, clients, consultants, trades, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and the community, while keeping them informed of relevant information
- Plan, prepare, monitor, and manage construction budget, schedule and milestones
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with applicable standards – (HSE regulations, company policies and procedures, and contract requirements)
- Monitor and report on progress, productivity, budget, cost, safety and forecast
- Prepare and submit project estimates and price and schedules
- Prepare contracts, changes and additions to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Review work/contracts/WIP for areas of risk and correct deficiencies
- Ensure material and equipment are available to tradespersons

- · Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or Engineering
- 3 – 5 years' experience in the construction industry combined with supervisory and/or superintendent role

- Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or Engineering
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 years' experience in the construction industry combined with supervisory and/or superintendent role
