We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, along with a proactive and positive attitude. The Office Administrator will handle various administrative tasks, including but not limited to the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and other events.
Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Preparing expense sheets and keeping accurate records of expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Answering high volume of calls and directing it to the right department if required.
Managing records and generating periodic reports.
Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, parking, maintenance and security service.
Establishing work priorities and ensuring administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work in Fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in office administration or a related field is an asset.
