NLCU is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, dynamic individual to become our next:

Social Media Coordinator
Corporate Office, Water Street

As Social Media Coordinator, under the direction of the Director, Marketing and Communications, you develop compelling social media campaigns that drive engagement and amplify NLCU's presence on these platforms. A strategic thinker, you are highly attuned to social media trends and best practices, applying your passion and know-how to planning, curating, and creating dynamic content that reflects NLCU's brand strategy. Because of your skill for collecting and analyzing performance metrics, you are able to provide knowledgeable insights and thoughtful recommendations for current and future campaign strategies.

As you are a reliable team player, the marketing engine at NLCU continues to run smoothly thanks to your involvement in a broad range of other strategic marketing initiatives, including direct mail, event support, community activities and engagement, and sponsorship fulfillment.

Ideally, you have a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Visual Arts, or a combination of education and experience. Well organized, creative, collaborative, and adaptable, you also possess strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and time management skills. You demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Adobe Creative Suite and have 2+ years' experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube. It's a plus if you have knowledge of Hootsuite or equivalent social media planning software. Please submit a portfolio showcasing your best work!
