Your role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager, Business Processes and be part of a company that values innovation, collaboration and growth. As the Senior Manager, Business Processes, you will be part of the digital and business transformation team that will lead projects and drive process improvements throughout the company.

Your role is to be involved in planning, executing, and successfully delivering these projects to ensure they align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes. This multifaceted position requires strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with a cross-functional team.

• Work with senior management and key stakeholders to align processes and information with the company’s strategic plan.
• Be the subject matter expert through the development and implementation of financial reporting and systems change initiatives/projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including departments like HR, operations, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design streamlined and efficient processes that meet our control standards.
• Document the new systems and processes.
• Contribute to the change management plan and implementation.
• Train staff on the new systems and processes.
• Build strong relationships with peers across the enterprise.
• Prepare and present status reports on issues and opportunities, including stakeholder resistance, and make recommendations to project leadership.
• Analyze data and draw data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Provide support as required for ad hoc requests related to other corporate strategic initiatives.

• Ten (10) or more years of experience with organizational change management/business process improvement-related projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into recommendations.
• Strong grasp of business processes, including accounting, purchasing, budgeting, etc.
• Experience interacting, working, and communicating with different levels of management.
• Demonstrated track record partnering across various business units to achieve common goals or help the other units.
• Accounting designation is an asset.
• Experience in business analytics and metrics development.
• Experience building and implementing business systems and ERPs.
• Experience building and executing against plans.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
