- Identify recruiting and hiring needs
- Developing and updating job descriptions with the most relevant information for the position and seasons
- Monitor, screen and communicate with candidates from all sources
- Conduct interviews to assess a candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and expectations for this position
- Complete onboarding process as outlined by Managers
- Managing Internship programs
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars for coaches, ensuring accessibility and relevance to their roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior staff to create training materials, resources, and curriculum tailored to the organization's mission and objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing engaging and interactive techniques to optimize learning outcomes and retention.
Requirements
- Experience conducting different style of interviews
- Knowledge and execution of recruitment cycles
- Ability to design and implement recruitment Strategies
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Ideally a Bachelors Degree in Human resources
