Red Lotus Spa & Laser Inc. located at 33341 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, British Columbia, V2S 2B2 is looking for 1 full-time, Assistant Manager- Retail to join our team asap.

Job Duties:

•  Plan, organize and control the day-to-day operations of Red Lotus  Spa & Laser Inc
•  Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.
•  Respond to inquires or complaints.
•  Manage staff and allocate duties.
•  Manage advertising and marketing strategies of Red Lotus Spa &     Laser Inc
•  Plan and control budget and inventory.
•  Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
•  Improve customer service and respond to clients’ issues or complaints.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience is required

Terms of Employment: – Full-time, Permanent.

Personal Suitability: Flexible and organized.

Wages: $36.00 per hour. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.
