JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in financial planning to join our team as a Trainee Financial Advisor. This is a paid internship position designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship to individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assist senior financial advisors in conducting client meetings and financial assessments.
• Learn about various financial products and services, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning.
• Support the development and implementation of personalized financial plans for clients.
• Gain exposure to financial planning software and tools used in the industry.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in financial planning.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
• Take initiative to expand knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in financial planning and wealth management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
