Adecco is currently recruiting for a temporary, full-time Customer Service Representative in Burnaby, BC to work at a globally known and well-established company.
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for providing exceptional and knowledgeable service to all customers in a professional and courteous manner. Get your foot in the door with our client, who values growth for its employees and has a friendly working environment.
Salary : $26.00/hr
Location : Burnaby, BC
Shifts : Monday – Friday | 40 hour per week | 7:30am – 3:00pm
Job type : Full Time | Temporary-to-perm

Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving and inputting Consignment purchase orders via hard copy and electronic (GHX).
Providing a receipt of orders to customers via fax/ email before end of business day.
Processing Credit Invoices and Return Authorizations (RGA’s) in a timely manner.
Ongoing file maintenance.
Billing & invoice reconciliation.
Other duties as required.
Support with orders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Must have 3-5 years of experience
Must have post-secondary education in a related field.
Must have experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Explorer.
Experience with databases, web-based programs, and other software packages is an asset.
Strong knowledge of Internet applications.
Citrix Platform
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail.
Very Organized.
Strong Communications Skills
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
