Job description
Since 1977, Raven Truck Accessories has been helping Albertans customize their trucks. Our product range has grown to include Jeeps and SUVs. With 10 retail locations in Western Canada, we have grown to become an all-in-one accessory shop.
Our Edmonton Regional stores are currently seeking an Inside/Counter Sales Representative. Reporting to the store manager, this individual will be:
• Responsible for maintaining and growing the customer base in Edmonton. • Required to interact, respond, and follow up with customers daily. • Able to sell a diverse line of products over the counter, by email, and by phone. • Responsible for processing customer orders ensuring accuracy. • Able to maintain store, showroom, and workspace. • Able to communicate with customers on multiple fronts from in person to social media platforms.
Qualifications: • Must be a team player and be able to work independently. • Must be able to take directions and communicate effectively with fellow team members! • Must have a proven track record in sales. • Valid class 5 driver’s license • Experience in the automotive industry is an asset. • Automotive service counter experience • Computer skills with knowledge of administrative systems (SAP) • Parts counter experience
