What you'll be doing:
- Serve clients efficiently to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Liaising with technicians to confirm status of repairs, inquire about recommendations on client's vehicles.
- Identify additional service work required for vehicles and effectively communicate to clients.
- Review, explain, and monitor repair process to ensure clients are up-to-date from open to closing of service.
- Handle any client concerns / misunderstandings with a polite, courteous, and high regard manner.
What we need from you:
- Can welcome our guests to the dealership as if it were your own home!
- Minimum 1 years worth of experience in a Service Advisor role.
- Automotive knowledge required to effectively communicate with customers.
- Superior customer service abilities.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite); experience with CDK and X-Time is an asset.
- Valid BC Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
