Plumber / Mechanical Field Technician with 3 Years Experience

Position Summary
Provide installation and service to pumps, water treatment systems and well remediation. The Plumber/Field Technician will handle customer service calls, make recommendations for equipment replacement, upgrades and service agreements while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Duties

Perform basic mechanical and plumbing labour on pumps and water treatment systems

Install, service and maintain private, community and commercial water systems

Install pressure tanks, fillers, water lines and hot water tanks

Resolve customer concerns and investigate issues with a solution-focused approach

Other Duties

Perform project installations and maintenance in a professional manner

Provide excellent customer service

Maintain a clean, organized van

Be available as the on-call technician one week out of every five

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of water treatment, wells and pump applications

Equipment maintenance skills

Electrical experience

Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Training

Mentorship, classroom, and hands on training will be provided in order to allow the candidate to apply hours towards certification as a Pump Installer, Environmental Operator, Water Treatment Specialist, Plumber and/or Electrician

Apprenticeship candidates may qualify for educational reimbursement of plumbing school
