Responsibilities
As the Bilingual French Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients in both French and English via phone and email providing quotations and product information
- Preparing customer invoices and data entry of orders into AS400 database
- Daily printing and matching of invoices
- Supporting sales reps and other internal departments in both English and French
- Supporting timely fulfilment of customer orders
- General administrative support - filing, printing, mail distribution etc
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be fully proficient in French and English with exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Extremely detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy
- Self starter with a can do attitude! Someone who takes initiative to be resourceful.
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Strong MS Office skills
- Positive outlook and likes working closely with a small team!
