Position Overview:
Reporting to the Manager of Redevelopment, the Project Manager will manage all aspects of hospital capital projects (Ministry of Health approved projects and internal hospital renovation projects) to ensure that scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources and risks are managed during each project phase (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing).
This position will ensure that the project(s) abides by the directions outlined in the Hospital’s policies, procedures & guidelines, MOHLTC Capital Planning Manual, and Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive. The Project Manager is the primary liaison between the Redevelopment office, internal stakeholder groups, and the external design, technical and construction teams.
