We are looking for a Bakery Manager to support our food production operations. The primary responsibility in this role is to give leadership to the bakery team in our Country Village. This is done primarily through: Establishing work schedules. Assigning and delegating tasks, while also working alongside the team on the floor in the bakery. Engaging and retaining team members through training and development, performance management & recognition of goals achieved. Identification and development of future leaders. Thorough communication within the leadership team and with those under your leadership. Using knowledge of our community and the industry to develop strategies to grow the business. Ensuring accurate record keeping of stock within the department. Estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies. Experience in a bakery is an asset, however not a deal breaker.
