We are currently looking for an experienced dispatcher in the transportation and warehousing sector in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu to support our brokerage operations department in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Manage territory efficiently
- Maximize loading of trucks under his responsibility
- Monitor the status of ongoing deliveries and pick-ups to meet customer agreements and deadlines
- Coordinate operations with the head dispatcher while maintaining good communication with the logistics team
- Act as point of contact for drivers
- Follow up on the inventory of trailers left with our customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Bilingualism French & English
- Good knowledge of US territories (asset)
- Diploma in Transport & Logistics / Supply Chain (asset)
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
