Overview
Our client is a leader in the field of Events and Marketing, and are looking to expand their team with the addition of a passionate Marketing Executive. Ideally you will have some solid and broad ranged marketing experience, with an interest in the events sector.
Salary: up to £23,000
Main Responsibilities
- Bi-annual customer mailers to promote events and products
- Follow up emails to potential customers
- Liaison with media and fulfilment of groups advertising campaign
- Advert design, to be approved by all relevant parties on time and to budget
- Responsible for sourcing and securing prizes for competitions
- Provide schedules for each competition
- Make contact with winners
- Fulfilment of artwork e.g. ads, leaflets, posters, data capture, ticket inserts and any adhoc small pieces
- Manage the artwork schedule and send to designer on a weekly basis with updates and priorities
- Support Content Manager when required for all content related pages
- Work closely with Marketing Executive
- Fulfilment of marketing collateral for key partnerships within the agreed marketing timeline
- Support Marketing Exec with Affiliates planning and fulfilment
- Manage the marketing section on the exhibitor manual and be the marketing contact for any exhibitor queries
- Provide schedules of creative required and assist in the design of the sales artwork to be approved by all relevant parties
- Build, test, proof, deploy service and bookers email campaigns
- Assist on the development and design of emails
