Jump Recruitment is currently seeking a strategic business partner for the permanent, full-time position of Human Resources Manager for our client, North Atlantic, based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the President, the Human Resources Manager plays an essential leadership role by developing and executing HR best practice strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to create and maintain an organizational environment that encourages excellence, collaboration, inclusion, and professionalism.
