Growing Promotional Marketing Company based in Regina looking for the right person to join our team as an Administration Support Coordinator.

Start date: March 18, 2024.

What do we do?  PromoWEAR + LogoSTUFF
PromoWEAR is anything you WEAR where a company logo can be decorated upon (jackets, shirts, hats, etc)

LogoSTUFF is anything you put a company logo on for loyalty, hype or appreciation (mug, desk item, etc. ANYTHING literally)

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Navigate a computer and most programs efficiently and effectively
Ability to create social media posts to our social media platform
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multi task
Significant use of memory
Continuous learning
Problem solving
Energetic, neat in appearance and goal orientated
Creative thinking

DUTIES INCLUDE
Assist General Manager with day to day tasks and long term growth
Ensuring orders are processed efficiently and meet timeline requirements
Cross checking product and deliveries
Manage and organize product showroom/online stores
Become first contact for customers
Sourcing new and innovative ideas for clients
Becoming a great P.I. (product investigator) and essential member of sales team
Back up support for Office Manager
