- 5+ years of experience as an ICI Superintendent.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate on-site teams.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Gold Seal Certification is an asset.

The Successful Applicant
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Utilize strong computer skills for project documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
What's on Offer
Base Wage: $110,000 to $145,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
