Operations Lead Overnight (Full-Time)
$52,000 - $58,000 based on 37.5 hours per week (approximately $26.67-$29.75 per hour). The salary will be based on experience in Food industry in management and the restaurant that you will be overseeing.
Availability requirement: 8 pm - 3:30 am, 9 pm - 4:30 am, 10 pm - 5:30 am or 11 pm-6:30am
(Must be available one weekend either Saturday OR Sunday night)
The Job
- Lead the overnight operations to achieve business targets KPIs.
- Create connections with employees and guests helping employees develop properly the right skills .
- Monitors and supports restaurant "operations" to achieve goals that contribute to the business metrics.
- Grow sustainable restaurant sales and guest counts and profitably to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify restaurant capacity constraints, guest count and sales growth opportunities and be able to develop and execute an operationally sound mitigation and growth plan.
- Ensure that you and the overnight team meet and exceed McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness and including Food Safety standards.
- Role model what it means to be a team player. Ability to demonstrate respect and motivate others to work together.
- Be detail-oriented and do what's right over what is easy.
Compensation
- $52,000 - $58,000 per year based on related experience (37.5 hour work week)

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Current or previous experience in a Supervisory Position in a quick service environment (Food Industry)
- Demonstrated a consistent record of achieving and exceeding operations standards.
- Demonstration of treating people with respect and understanding boundaries to achieve results as a team.
