Mountview Construction Ltd. Located at 12447 64a avenue Surrey, BC V3W 5Y1 is currently looking for 1 full time Construction Site Foreman to join their team asap

Job Duties:

• Supervise, Coordinate and schedule the activities of the workers at the construction site.
• Discuss and Coordinate work activities with other supervisors and managers.
• Establish procedures that meets the work schedule on time.
• Resolve work related issues and recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Ensure that the health and safety procedures are followed.
• Train or arrange training for the workers.

Job Requirement:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• 2-3 years of experience is required.

Terms of Employment:

Salary: $39.00 /Hourly. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Fulltime Position.

Must be willing to travel to work sites all over lower Mainland BC.

Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities: Attention to Details, Tight deadlines

Major Work Area: Construction, Renovation, and Maintenance

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
