Our client has a
Customer Service position to fill in their team. Please note that you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing to apply.
The company offers pension, free parking, a great cafeteria and a salary up to $56K per year.
In this permanent position, you will: - Ensure accurate order entry processing
- Work closely with Sales and Production to ensure efficient order processing and delivery
- Keep abreast of customer base
- Provide input and suggestions for potential customer service improvements
Qualifications: - 4 years of experience in manufacturing
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Team spirit
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of any ERP system (an asset)
- Bilingualism (French/English) to communicate with clients in New York
