Senior Project Manager

What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $100 to $105 based on experience.
36month contract with a maximum extension term of 24 months.
Fulltime position 36.25 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.
Remote work with occasional onsite meetings.

Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee all aspects of project and program engagement including planning external vendor relationships communications resources budget change risks and issues in collaboration with the senior leadership team and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with stakeholders and schedule meetings.
Prepare briefing notes meeting minutes and other relevant documents.
Create presentations for stakeholder engagement steering committees project groups and other relevant parties.
Assist team members in analyzing industry engagement surveys.
Manage tasks and action items ensuring followup and escalation as necessary.
Facilitate communication between external stakeholders departments and Technology and Innovation teams.
Coordinate approvals and signoffs.
Maintain engagement meeting and opportunity trackers.
Address stakeholder requests promptly.
Prepare documentation for decisionmaking processes.
Provide guidance to crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Monitor scope and timelines for data product delivery.
Analyze progress and report findings to stakeholders communicating project status and pertinent information effectively.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in business management.
8 years of experience in Project Management Roles.
8 years of experience in Custom Application Team Leadership (managing a team of 5 members).
8 years of experience in Forecasting in Projects.
6 years of experience in Senior Leadership within the Public Sector.
Excellent oral and written communication skills within diverse groups.
Proficient in Microsoft Project.
