Creative Roots Landscaping designs, installs and maintains all aspects of high-end custom landscapes, and has been for 28 years. Be part of something deep-rooted!
With our comprehensive training program you have the opportunity to grow your career from Crew to Foreman in just 3 seasons!
Working with our Landscape Maintenance Foreman and your team, you’ll help maintain our client’s beautiful yards. You will actively participate in team and personal development by contributing to huddles and learning business and the ‘Creative Roots Way’. You will learn to think and act like an owner by being part of our open book management style.
A strong need for Professional and Personal growth
A valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
Physically fit enough to perform your daily duties
Cultivate & weed shrub beds, maintain lawns, prune various plants, trim hedges
Install mulch, topdress lawns, plant, line trim
Dig, lift, operate small machines, load tools and equipment on and off trailers and trucks etc
Work strategically to perform tasks safely, efficiently and effectively
Work with urgency and purpose
Learn and use the Creative Roots system of maintenance

All of this responsibility comes with a great compensation package that includes an additional stake in our Profit Share Plan along with a benefits package.
You can expect:40 – 45 hours per week. Seasonal. Approximately March 1 – December 15 (weather dependent).
Competitive wages based on value and attitude you bring to the company. Typically $20 – $22 for this position. Paid overtime, profit sharing, extended health benefits and potential for advancement including partnership.
