Calling All Order Pickers with Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Experience!

Our well-established warehousing/retail storefront client in Woodbridge is expanding its team and is actively seeking ORDER PICKERS for both DAY AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS.

Qualifications:
⦿ Forklift Experience:

Minimum one year of experience operating BOTH CHERRY PICKERS AND RAYMOND REACH FORKLIFTS.
⦿ Warehouse Experience:

Minimum two years of experience PERFORMING TASKS IN A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT.
Some manual order picking experience with loads up to 50lbs.
⦿ Physical Requirements:

Ability to LIFT UP TO 50LBS.
⦿ Work Environment:

Comfortable in FAST-PACED WAREHOUSING environments.

Vaughan/Woodbridge area between Highway 7 and Weston Road.
Job Titles:

Inventory Coordinator/Controller and Inventory Controller-Returned Goods (e-Commerce).
Pay:

Competitive pay starting at $23/hr
Work Schedules:
SCHEDULE ONE:

DAYS: Monday - Friday, Full-time (42.5h), 6 am to 3 pm.
MANDATORY PAID OVERTIME SHIFT (6 am-3 pm) on EVERY SECOND SATURDAY.
AFTERNOONS: Monday - Friday, Full-time (42.5h), 2 pm to 11 pm.
MANDATORY PAID OVERTIME SHIFT (2 pm-11 pm) on EVERY SECOND SATURDAY.
SCHEDULE TWO:

DAYS: Tuesday-Saturday, Full-time (42.5h), 6 am to 3 pm.
No overtime shift requirements for this schedule.

Responsibilities
-Efficiently operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck for order picking tasks (90% MHE operation)
-Effectively perform MANUAL order picking tasks using physical strength (10% manual picking)
-Read and follow digital and paper picklists to build outgoing orders for customers
-Keep track of products using RF scanners
-Report missing, mislabeled, or damaged products to supervisors urgently
-Ensure all orders are packaged correctly and skids have structural integrity for safe shipping
-Perform additional tasks related to order picking, MHE operation, or general warehousing as directed by management

Qualifications
-Must have BOTH Cherry Picker and Raymond Reach licenses
-Minimum one year of experience operating both types of material handling vehicles with valid licenses
-Two years of previous experience in warehouse/distribution environments with a focus on order picking/MHE operation
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs
-Available for full-time schedules on either day or afternoon shifts
-Willingness to work an overtime shift every second Saturday for applicable schedules
-Long-term commitment to the company
-Effective multitasker with a high degree of organization
-Team player with a positive attitude
-Commitment to maintaining an excellent attendance and punctuality record
