Job Summary
Our client is searching for their next Office Administrator to join their ever-growing team in Moncton, NB! The successful candidate would be responsible for providing excellent customer service in all areas of accounting including accounts receivable and payable.
Perks and Salary
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- $20 - $22/hr
- Weekly pay, every Friday!
- On-site Training
- Immediate Start!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet all customers (in person or over the phone) with a positive, engaging, and welcoming attitude
- Processing Accounts Payable Invoices
- Accounts Receivable duties (includes calling late accounts for payment; deposits)
- Handle all customer transactions in a timely manner
- Accessing various customer portals for invoicing
- Follow all policies and standard operating procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
- Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards, and all operating procedures
- Other admin related duties as required
Requirements and Skills
- Post secondary education ideally in accounting
- A clean criminal record is required
- Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
- Experience in the safety industry also an asset but not mandatory
- Customer service skills
- Extremely organized
- Comfortable with computers
- Team player who works well with others
- Someone who has initiative and drive
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable and dependable, able to show up to work every day and on time!
