Position: Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative
Location: Markham
Salary: $27 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (approximately 10 months, could be extended)
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Markham.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support and service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Fluency in English and French is required for this role. We'd love to meet you if you're passionate about customer service and meet the standards!Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge with SAP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- College Diploma/University Degree or related Post-Secondary Education is required
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing friendly and professional assistance
- Manage customer orders and processing them accurately
- Investigate and resolving customer issues
- Stay updated on industry trends to better assist customers and exceed their expectations
- Maintain accurate records and minimizing backlogs
- Provide product information and solutions to customer inquiries
- Interpret information from the ERP system effectively
- Support team goals and providing backup as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
