Jump Recruitment, on behalf of our client, Terra Bruce Productions, is seeking a Company Manager to join their team in St. John's, NL.

Terra Bruce Productions is dedicated to developing and producing original musical theatre productions in Canada and beyond. Born out of love of music and culture, this company was formed to hire within the incredible talent pool of Canadian artists, writers and musicians and build a repertoire of high-caliber, world class shows.

Position Summary

To act as Terra Bruce Productions' liaison with performers and contractors. To provide a welcoming environment, assisting with all aspects of the production, including day to day administration, finance, human resources, artistic & production, and travel & hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain administrative and facility calendars, filing systems, and master travel schedules.
• Provide administrative support to senior management team.
• Attend and record various meeting minutes.
• Process weekly timesheets, assist with various audits, reports, correspondence, and record keeping.
• Process and reconcile invoices, credit cards, petty cash, merchandise sales, and other expenses.
• Assist in accurate tracking of departmental expenses, vacations and leave, and payroll as needed.
• Assistance with job postings and recruitment process, and completion of new hire documentation, including overseeing new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Manage relationships with outside hospitality related vendors.
• Assist with on-site, day-of-show artist services, support, and information, including coordination of special events.
• Manage and track budget lines for hospitality and events.
• Oversee the management and coordination of all travel, including booking housing for artists and staff.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for Executive level and senior management staff.
• Maintain database of travel information for company personnel and contracted artists and staff.
• Manage and track budget lines for artist travel, per diem and housing.
• Other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years' experience in entertainment or theatrical industry or related field.
• Business Management experience with various administrative duties, financial tasks, human resources, travel and hospitality experience.
• Familiarity with and/or working knowledge of various theatrical productions.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including experience developing and executing contracts, correspondence, and other documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and good communication skills.
• Budgeting and finance experience.

Salary & Benefits:

• $55,000-65,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience. Based on 40 hours weekly (weekend and evening work may be required).
• Health & Dental benefits after 3-month probation period.
