Your new company
A successful Real Estate Development and Management company has an immediate need for an experienced Property Accountant in their Edmonton office.
Your new role
Working closely with the Senior Property Manager and leadership team, you will initially be responsible for one large mixed-use building in the Down town Edmonton area. You will liaise with tenants and internal and external contacts, assist wit the implementation of a new Yardi system and manage the C.A.M calculations as well as all other financial aspects of this high rise building with underground parking. Hours are 8am-4.30pm and the office is based in the downtown area.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have extensive Yardi experience but, at the minimum, must have at least a few years' experience of Property Accounting, including some exposure to commercial.
