Job description
We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Specialist in Mississauga.
Responsibilities:
- Keep relationships with customers, constantly following up on their needs
- Invite companies to the online sales webinars and live demonstrations or by securing appointments for the field sales team
- Target existing customer base and maximize upsell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
- Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.
- Book trainings and support marketing dept.
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales expereince within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable of SAP is an asset.
- Detail-oriented; proactive; possessing very strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent prioritization; multi-tasking; & follow-up skills.
- Positive/enthusiastic attitude when speaking with customers over the phone.
- Competitive spirit; enjoys setting goals and achieving them.
- Excellent technical skills in Word; Excel; PowerPoint; & Outlook.
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation
- 60-65k + performance bonus
