Job description
We are looking for a Coordinator Sales Support & Order Management PAA who will report to the Lead of Shopping Cart and Sales Admin. for PA&A (Parts, Accessories & Apparel). As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You will give insights and be at the forefront of guiding decision makers toward an optimal balance between sales, inventory, internal capacities, and financial objectives at BRP.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Learn the Shopping Cart tool (software enabling customers to place orders) by assisting with tasks, working to become a backup person on the tool, then over time become a subject matter expert of the ordering tool.
- Provide insights on how we can continuously improve customer service.
- Analyze data sets to find ways to streamline the customer ordering experience, solve problems relating to the tool, customer service, and improve communication.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of how the ordering process and supply chain works.
- Support management with projects, ad hoc data collection, analysis, and visualization requests as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues in identifying opportunities to help optimize business processes and align with department goals.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or another related field.
- Two years or more of experience working in customer service and/or supply chain.
- Strong technical skills and intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Detail oriented, logical, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Loves to work with data, data management, system tools, and finds a passion on working toward solutions.
ASSETS
- SAP system experience is a plus but not required.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in French is a plus but not required.
- Initiative-taking and autonomous approach with a focus on process: ability to define requirements, implement processes and tools while prioritizing based on business needs.
