Job Title: Executive Assistant
Industry Sector: Not for Profit
Hourly Rate: $30+/hr
Location : ON-SITE
Our client offers support, information, programs and education to people, their families and caregivers to increase public awareness, promote research and to advocate for services needed.
About the role: This role will be reporting into the C Suite level executives and support them in the following areas:
- schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls
- Coordinating and maintaining senior executive’s correspondence
- Calendar management and travel arrangements
- Document preparation, Coordination and Reporting
- Review invoices, and expense reports
- Support the CEO and senior staff in the implementations and follow up of relevant projects, programs, and activities
About you: - 3+ years of experience in a Executive assistance role supporting C-Suite level executives
- Experience working with a volunteer Board of Directors and Board Committees
- Must have Experience with MS Office Suite
- Excellent written an verbal communication skills
