Academic Part-time Position

We are currently seeking qualified professionals to teach a short Leadership Series Workshops multiple times for corporate clients. The Leadership Series Workshop topics include:

• Emotional Intelligence
• Mindful Communication
• Teams
• Conflict Resolution

This position is offered on a casual contract basis with deliveries scheduled as early as March 2024. Successful candidates may be required to travel to Guelph and Milton for training deliveries.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in related field of study
• Five or more years of leadership/management experience
• Deep understanding of, and passion for, teaching leadership and communication topics
• Experience teaching or mentoring adult learners either in a formal educational setting or in the workplace; Post-secondary teaching experience would be considered an asset
• Strong understanding and application skills in MS Office suite (including MS Teams, Outlook) is considered an asset
• Possess excellent leadership skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
• Ability to engage a variety of learners
• Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple campus or employer locations
