Job description
We are hiring a full-time Project Manager to join the team at EeStairs, a highly respected luxury stair manufacturing company. They take pride in delivering high-quality products and services to clients in North America. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all elements of the projects, from design to installation, while ensuring a high level of proficiency and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of projects, from design to installation, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion.
-Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
-Work closely with the plant manager to oversee the fabrication process and ensure quality standards are met.
-Collaborate with the Project Director to facilitate seamless installation.
-Oversee the production of comprehensive design packages, including submittals, production drawings, installation drawings, and sketches.
-Embrace a continual improvement philosophy to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
-Demonstrate adaptability, motivation, and a can-do attitude in all project-related tasks.
Qualifications:
-Experience managing internal and external client/stakeholders relations
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience working on architectural or industrial design projects.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D modeling, with proficiency in SolidWorks preferred.
-A clear understanding of building codes and engineering specifications.
-Hands-on construction or fabrication experience, including skills in welding, fitting, fabrication,
woodworking, carpentry, millwork, or installations, would be an asset.
-Possess a keen eye for detail, consistently ensuring high-quality deliverables.
-Excellent written, reading, and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Additional Information:
-Salary: 95k+ - negotiable based on experience.

-Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; Friday, 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, totalling 43 hours per week.
