Engineering Delivery Manager

Four Eyes is a high-growth software company based in New Brunswick, looking to welcome an ambitious Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to the product engineering team. In this role, the Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, planning, and organizing tasks related to the preparation and execution of test plans and scripts to ensure quality of new and/or modified products and features across the Four Eyes Intelligent Compliance Platform. 

Candidates must be willing to work in New Brunswick.

Ideally, our objective is to find a candidate who, upon demonstration of skill set and fit within the team, can ultimately grow into a permanent position with our team.

Focus Areas

Validating Software Functionality & UI Design:  Ensure that all aspects of the software are tested thoroughly to ensure the platform functions with the highest standard of quality possible.

• Oversee and execute test cases and test strategies for products, features, and patches, in an effort to eliminate functionality and UI imperfections;
• Work closely with technical members of the Product Engineering team during testing;
• Work with clients on joint testing initiatives;
• Leverage TestComplete to implement effective automated testing;
• Develop a road map to continue improving the QA process as the business grows;
• Maintain updated testing documentation as products and features are added;
• Communicate developer needs and constraints to the wider organization;
• Support the creation of release notes prior to deployment;
  
• Implement metrics and tools for the company's testing performance while developing and advocating for software QA processes that fit into a sprint-based agile development environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Keen interest in complex software systems and finding ways to improve them.
• Ability to work independently on projects, with tight deadlines, under minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to perform with significant responsibility in a dynamic environment where decisions are made rapidly.
• Experience working with data-driven Applications in a cloud environment is an asset.
• Experience in the Wealth Management and/or Brokerage and Securities industries is an asset.
