Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Hamilton-in office to start then hybrid
Industry: Real Estate/Property Management

Our client is in the business of creating affordable retirement housing communities for 30 plus years, and continue to grow.
Acting as a right hand to the Director of Finance, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following, but not be limited to:
- Review accounts payable and accounts receivable of junior staff
- Financial reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with preparing budgets
- Assist with annual audits
- Prepare revenue projections and forecasting
- Assist junior staff
Qualifications:
- CPA designation or near completion
- Minimum 5 years in a full cycle accounting role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
