Job Summary

As Director, Strategic Alliance Group (SAG)  at Compass Group Canada, you will nurture our most valuable client relationships across the country. This pivotal role involves understanding client priorities, ensuring service excellence, and driving client retention. The ideal candidate will facilitate effective communication between clients and our on-site operations teams, translating client feedback into actionable strategies for continuous improvement. Join us to play a key role in nurturing long-term partnerships through dedicated client care and strategic oversight.

Now, if you were to come on board as our  Director, Strategic Alliance Group (SAG), we'd ask you to do the following for us: 

• Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships at multiple organizational levels both with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic Planning: Seek to understand and articulate client feedback to our Operations teams. Then leverage those insights to create impactful action plans that address client needs, driving impactful client engagement and retention.
• Presentation Skills: Present to C-suite executives, communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client information, contracts, and activity.
• Time Management: Multitask effectively and work within tight deadlines.
• Negotiation Skills: Negotiate contract terms, develop proposals, and achieve consensus on terms, highlighting the company's capabilities.
• Project Management: Lead project teams towards the successful submission of proposals as well as proactive action plans.
• Communication Skills: Craft letters, emails, proposals, reports and presentations with clarity.
• Executive Relationship Building: Build long-term value with C-suite relationships, ensuring solutions support clients' key business initiatives.
